Hi Im Paula. Had severe anxiety and panic attacks for ten years, now agoraphobic. Usually cope but past 12 monthes, bad numbness in hands and feet. Past two days had constant ti gling in lower face and its freaking me out as Ive never had it before. Its a new symptom and Ive tried re-breathing, relaxing etc, nothing helps. Itchy crawly sensation. Anyone else had it? x:weep:

i get the exact same thing hun so ur not alone mine can be anything from a tingle in the chin 2 having the sensation of wasps all over my face and cant open my eyes
just to let u know ur not alone

Thanks, its so good to know Im not alone!! funny it shouls start after ten years but I know anxiety is a clever animal. I feel reassured, and will try to ignore it xx many thanx. xxx:hugs:
