cant sleep for panic

I really cant sleep. I was just dropping off just now and sat up, haf asleep, in a blind panic. S Im dropping off i worry about stuff and thats not helping either

i get this quite a lot so youre not alone :) just as i'm drifting off a powerful headrush/panic feeling corses through my body to my head and wakes me up, it's horrible but what i normally do is watch TV or a programme on my iPod and leave it on for me to drift off too, something funny of course :) the background noise as i'm drifting off kind of distracts my panic i guess and it works :)
