set back :(

started feeling so much better the past couple of days since the mirtazaplan kicked in but then last night i couldnt sleep and had strange thoughts drifting in and out of my mind i kept thinking i was going 2 have a paick attack so took a diazepam 2 try calm myself and eventually fell 2 sleep wiv horrible nightmares!!!
this morning i feel terrible im anxious and tired out but ill av 2 2 push thru the day as ive got my little girl to look after xx

its blooming awful isnt it....and especially when we have children.

lets hope that this was just a tiny blip and it gets back on track keep on holding on that you had a good couple of days xxxx

Hi, Ive been on both meds years ago, and also had very intense thoughts and dreams, I definately think its part of the side-effects...hopefully it will settle when your brain gets used to the tablets themselves. My baby boy was only 3 monthes when I started getting it, and I sympathise, its very hard with a child. Do the important stuff, food, play, love...and leave the housework til you feel better! haha x:hugs:
