Strange sensation. Any one else experienced this?

Hi. About 20mins ago at work, I was talking and laughing with one of my colleagues, but when I stopped laughing (I know this may sound silly) my eye kind of started twitching and my body felt kind of shaky. I'm not sure whether this was due to me stopping laughing and was something to do with my face muscles, but I started to panic and then I felt as though the things I was looking at were going quite bright if that makes any sense? I'm so scared that something will happen to me. It was such a weird feeling. Can anyone relate and should I be worried? I don't wanna spend my whole weekend like this. Thanks x

I think what happened was that the laughter relieved some stress and you relaxed a bit. When you released some tension a muscle spasmed. This caused you to panic and your ppils dilated thus letting in more light. I am not a dr but this seems rational to me. If only I could be the same for myself. Good luck
