Scared of death!

Hey gang...Lately ive been real anxious...For some reason everyday im scared that im going to die in the near distant future...Via car crash,Murder,drowning,Etc. Its a really scary thought that keeps poping in my head. Any one fear of this before?:unsure:

Yeah, I think most people with anxiety/panic have this at some point if not constantly. I use to be afraid of going asleep incase I didn't wake up and have fixated thoughts about dying and just death in general. It's very common amongst anxiety sufferers as ultimately that is what we fear.

This is very common. I agree as above. The majority of us who suffer with HA fear death. I know I do. To the point I had a full blown panic attack when I thought long and hard about the questions that are not answerable! I really have to push it out of my mind and think... Well it happens to everybody and there is nothing I can do. Apart from live as healthy and as happily as I can. Have you spoke to someone about your thoughts??
