Hey i thought id join i need to talk to some people who are going through similar thing to me.
I talk (or try and talk) to a load of professionals but i cant help thinking all the time i see them that they havent a clue what im going through, all they've done is read and studied about it
Iv got Generalised anxiety disorder and depression as well as a whole load of other crappy stuff
Would just like to chat to other suffers
