hope this is start of getting me self back to who i was

all those with P.T.S.D after being to the docs today id never of thought that i will feel as good as this ever again but how i feel makes me know that we all can get that good feeling back after suffering with this coming up to 4 years now. now i hope i can get me self back to how i use to live. im sure anyone else with this can now so any questions please ask il try and help you the best way i can dave :yesyes:
