Hi, been reading though some of the threads over last couple of days. It feels good that I am not alone. Some of the things people have said about how they are feeling, it could be that I wrote it myself!

Been suffering with depression on and off for the last 14 yrs ( seems like more on). This time seems a bit different, down but wake up every morning with the fear of god in me. My heart feels like it is gonna blow right out of my chest. I am scared and worried about things that I don't need to be!

Anyway thats me, i'm off to plough through some more threads.

Hi, welcome, and you dont have to be alone ever again. The threads and stories on here can help so much. Your heart is doing wot it should-beating!! its just anxiety. well, not "just" anxiety..its not nice I know. Hope you feel better soon x:winks:
