Hello,
A bit about myself,
I've suffered from agoraphobia and panic attacks for over 4 years now,
At the moment i'm virtually housebound :(but i do try and go out everyday, though it's never very far,
This is not the first time i've suffered from agoraphobia and panic attacks, I was the same over 17 years ago but managed to over come it, was free from it for 10 years, but it just came back out of the blue,
One thing i never do is give up hope of getting better again as i did it once so i know I'll be able to over come it this time :)
Anyway i've met a few of you in chat (anyone that uses chat while i've been there will tell you i'm totally insane lol)
hope to catch some of you in chat soon.
