facial tingling

Does anyone else get this, Im used to it in my hands and feet, (had that for 2 years,) but this tingling lower face is new, past couple of days. Im worried. Is it my panic and anxiety just trying to trick me with something new to keep me on my toes. Id reaal y appreciate your responses please, as Ive been a member for several days and only had 2 replies. Thanx so much.x:blush:

Yes I get this too and have to chalk it down to my anxiety. My symptoms seem to 'evolve' - for example I was having chest pains which were new but stopped after a clear ECG and now it's this (and tension headaches).

I've only been here a few days but I've found so many people have the same symptoms as I do and similar thought processes. Not feeling so alone which can only be a good thing

ps...I use a hot water bottle for tension headaches/migraine...opens the blood vessels and seems to help a lot. Not to hot tho, Ive left red marks over my face for hours!:ohmy:

yes..pins and needles..or like prickly insects...x weird sensation isnt it. x plenty on here have it so IM NOT GOING MAD YIPPPPEEEE!!!:D
