feeling of pressure

hello anyone have feeling of pushing down in your head like someone has put there hands on your head and pushing down. is this another aniexty symptom.:yahoo:

It sounds very uncomfortable Rossi, i haven't had that myself, but headaches are a common anxiety symptom. People also get quite stiff necks - perhaps this sensation could be linked to anxiety and/or posture?

Do you get it often?

yep, ive been getting this too!! its all related to tension in your muscles and stuff. My doctor has told me 3 times its that, as ive been so worried. It comes and goes, ive been getting dizziness aswell which has been awful :weep: sending hugs xxxxxx
