I just want to say that since I started taking multivit b complex, it has virtually made my breast tenderness before a period completely dissapear. I take them evryday. Hope this is of help to others who suffer with boobs that feel like wet sandbags at that time of the month!:yesyes:

I have just started on the Vit B Complex tablets today so fingers crossed they will help with my anxiety and building my immune system back up :)

b's are water soluble and so they deplete easily anyway. Anxiety speeds that up. I hope my b supplement from the new dr. as part of several deficencies helps me too.

Ive got the Solgar 50mg ones. Bs have helped me in the past when I had a couple of nasty infections.
