Constant burping..worried

I have had constant burping symptoms on and off for about a month and I'm worried...

Also today my heart has been going slow and I've been panicking getting cold patches on my skin..flu symptoms and feeling generally ill out the blue..and the burping is there..just feel like lying around in my bed..

Is it normal? Worried I'm going to die here.. :scared15:

I just can't stop burping the more I think about it and it's giving me a sick feeling..

When you are anxious you tend to swallow air and get constant little burps in your chest. It won't be to do with your heart or anything.
