Hello all, I am new round these parts but have been reading these forums for a while.
I suffer from a multifaceted array of phobias and have situational panic attacks. My biggest underlying phobia was for my health. I made the mistake of consulting dr google far too many times. Enter NMP, After reading the sticky about dr google it felt like something clicked, i felt free..as weeks passed my constant feeling of anxiety over my health faded to where I feel normal in respect to HA.
I thank NMP everyday for that success.
I have more phobias and panic to overcome but i am infinitely grateful for
what NMP has done for me so far.
