need some advice!!!

hi everyone,
ok, just need some words of encouragement really.
ive been weaning myself off citalopram for few weeks but last few days have been awful. dizziness, head rush things, panic, depressed.
problem is, ive started a college course tuesday and thursday nights, half 6 till half 9. its really important to me but im terrified of going tonight incase i faint or something.
can i do it??? should i go???

YES YOU CAN DO IT...you know that its withdrawal you are feeling. Try to relax before you go..lavender, rescue remedy..breath in paper bag..I bet once you are there youll be so busy concentrating you wont have time to worry about fainting love. We FEEL faint, but it rarely happens. Brill you are starting something new, well done you x:D
