Hi everyone, I've just found this Forum :) I'm 57, with 4 grown up children & 7 Grandchildren. I have suffered from Anxiety/Depression/Panic Attacks/Agoraphobia since 1978. I have a wonderful supportive Husband, but no-one can know exactly what people go through unless they experience it for themselves, so I look forward to getting to know like minded folks & offering & recieving help wherever possible. My computer is my Social Life & I'm very pleased to be here :D

Im paula, 39, 2 kids, one grand-child, and like you...a very understanding long suffering hubby. Agoraphobia for 10 years and anx...you know. Look forward to getting to know you.
