Sinus?

Hi for the past 2 days i've been having a fever, probably low grade
my body feels warm to touch and i get get shivers sometimes.
there is a white mucus thing when i cough up and i feel nauseas. & headaches.

it's spring at the moment and i was working in the garden for 3 days. my whole body aches and i feel weak and sick.

could this be a sinus problem? has anyone has similar symptoms?

It could be sinus or allergy related coupled with listening too closely to your body thus invoking anxiety. You probably just have a sinus infection. I know it is hard to think clearly when the anxiety kicks in. Good luck.

Sounds as though you've caught a virus of some sorts to me. Certainly in the springtime in the UK, there are loads of viruses about and it's often a peak time for going down with bugs.
