Hi Everyone,
I'm James and im 23 years old, i have recently started suffering from panic attacks, i had my second one today, i found it extermely terrifying as i was driving (again) it occurced it the same location as the last one.

Hope to find other suffers who can reassure me i wont die with the symptoms im feeling for the first time :)
