vertigo like symptoms?

kay so im convinced i have a brain tumour.... :'(
basically i get this feeling, often triggered by using lifts, but its like a dizzyness, not like in my head, but its as if my feet could fall through the floor or something, its as if im swaying really bad, and it stops after a few seconds, but im really scared. i also have this tingly feeling on my left leg near my ankle, its the 2nd time iv had it and im so scared. i also get tired limbs alot, like the feel of exhaution in them. can anyone tell me this isn't a brain tumour and that theve had somehting similar?

get your iron levels checked if you don't eat much meat.
I know when mine is low I get dizzy and stuff.

I know the dizziness your on about, it's not just in your head, it's in your whole body. you feel like your moving, I know I sometimes will feel sea sick with it.
it's scary, when I walk I feel like I'm walking on pillows or a bouncy castle.

could get your ears checked and cleaned too! might help with the vertigo

Yes I get this almost every time I use a lift and have done for a few months now. So I completely avoid them now. It's so scary and feels like your whole body is still in the lift. Asked my doctor and he said there's nothing wrong. Maybe after the first time this happened I started expecting it and created it in my head.
