Hi, I have no idea what I'm doing! My name's Nicola, and I've been suffering from heightened anxiety, and subsequent insomnia for five years now. I am also a bit of a hypochondriac :unsure: I know I'm not alone, and it would be good to chat with fellow sufferers :)
