Hi All,
I go somewhere to enjoy myself and then i end up being really anxious the whole time i'm there? I went ice skating, while i was skating round concentrating on not falling over i was fine, but other times. As i was anxious i had a slight pain in my chest, which led to me thinking heart attack. Which made me think about it all night, i have been waking up all night to make sure i was still alive.
I'm getting really sick of being like this now, really down and depressed about it. I'm on tablets for the aanxiety (which in my view do not seem to be working) and i'm trying to overcome the other symptoms. Think i'm going insane. I have tried to do some CBT courses online but they haven't worked, or i'm not letting them work. After i have read/listened to anything i'll get the slightest niggle in my chest and thats it i'm back to square one.
just need to see if anyone else feels like i do, and if anyone can help.
