hello this is my first time on hear. i have sufferd with socile anixity for around 10years but coverd it up buy haveing a drink to settle my nerves . when i fell pregnent i stop drinking and smoking but 4 months after have gone back the same. now is the time i need proper help. im going to try groups i have found a retreat place where you can stay for the week. waiting on the broucher hopeing its not to dear.

would love to meet people who suffer with the same thing so maybe we could help each xx
