waking with rapid eye movement and fast fake!!pulse in head

been suffering anxiety disorder for past 3 months and recently i keep waking with my eyes flitting all over the place and a really fast pulse in my head although it is not my real pulse when i take it that seems quite normal, does anyone elase get this. i think the REM might be why my vision is quit flickery most days, would love to hear from anyone please xx

hi eloise, I get twitches in my vision from time to time, and a flickering, mine was put down to my anxiety, which makes sense as the eyes are muscles too. I had a check up at the optician and came back clear. Maybe you should book an appointment at the optician? Also, if the pulse feeling in your head is bothering you, speak to your GP, it could be another muscle twitch, there's lots of them up there in those heads of ours.
