Just want to tell you how pleased I am with myself :) Today I went out for a Trek on my horse It has been 20 mnths since I last went out on Her because of this Panic /Agrophobia .

And I really loved it :D We can get there it might seem a small step but It was a step forward xxxxx

Thanks to you all on MNP who have Encouraged me xxxx

I went pony riding in Wales last year (never done it before) and for the first time in years i felt, normal, relaxed i supposed.
