Hi im tina and from lincolnshire.Im in my early 30s and have 2 children 11 and 4 both boys with special needs.I was diagnoised with cyclothimia severeal years ago and suffer with depression anxiet socal phobia and lots of other related issues.Im not sure what else to write now cause im actually very boring:blush:.So will leave it there x

hi paula its a mild form of bipolar and i suffer with different mood swings from been very hyper to very low sometimes within days.
