Hi All.

I woke up this mornign and the whole room was spinning very fast. I couldnt stop it still happenign now. feel so dizzy and can hardlyh move.

Havent a clue what is wrong, doc just says its the meds but i dotn think it is. Not been this bad before either.

Im shaking badly and just feel so bleugh.
its like im going oto pass out again liek i did in feb.

please can i have a hug pleasse

Yer doc cud be right, I often get dizzy & disorientated to the point of being sick in the morning becoz of my meds. :weep:
Even sometimes when I haven't taken them yet.

Only thing I can suggest is drink plenty of water, to help dilute yer system some & thus ease the meds power down somewhat.

And to lay back on yer bed wae one leg out and down touching the floor, this helps yer balance control know where the ground is, this shud help stop the dizziness, wait till the dizzies stop completely before ye get back up or ye'll find yersel dizzy again.
