Heartburn even after Nexium

For months my GERD has been getting worse to the point where I am taking Nexium in the morning and zantac at night and still having heartburn everymorning. Does anyone have it this bad? I am beginning to think I have a tumor and I am freaking out. Please help!!!!

Hi J2 ive just read your post i get it everyday and i tell you what it worrys me so much, i get burning feelings in my chest, pains in my chest, i hate it but ive had ECGs done as i think its a heart attack all came back clear so i know what you are going through, please dont worry, the more we worry the worse the heart burn gets. hope you feel better soon Ian

Right now it is the big C that worries me more than heart issues.
