Hi Guys,

Could really do with some support pls.
Briefly it started Wednesday night went swimming as doc said it was good exercise, but had bad palps so had to get out.
Okish day Thursday just very tired.
Friday drove on my own to Manchester (2.5hrs for me) to meet up for husbands work event, thought I was gonna pass out twice on the journey even had to pull over on hard shoulder! A further 5 times followed that night, just when I was sitting during dinner I came over all hot and had to leave. The night was bad kept thinking what if I have to call an ambulance don't wanna be in a hospital in Manchester how would I have visitors just wanted to be home.
Sat felt rough, not really there, frequent feelings of lightheadedness all day and slept most of it.
Today slighty better not so many episodes but have had twinges in the centre of my chest all day.
Am I worrying unnecessarily or am I on the verge of a heart attack, am I going mad! I can't even sit and have a conversation with someone without feeling faint??
This will be my 4th week signed off work, that isn't even an option going back to me right now :(

xx

Hi Clarelou, I just wondered how old you are? Is there a chance it could be peri-menopause? Anxiety breeds anxiety..... I know that from personal experience:( x

Are you going through any upheaval/stress at the moment? I hope it doesnt put you off going swimming again, as you know gentle excercise helps anxiety xxxx:)

Hi Clarelou, I wonder would it be worth having your FSH levels tested? Also I find that high doses of B complex calm my nerves quite well. Maybe 50-100mgs a day. Or a multivitamin containing high B's? Good luck x
