acid reflux/heart burn and palpitations?!

recently i have been finding im really suffering with heartburn, not even after eating, but it is like constant. also with a heavy feeling in my chest and what feel like really "deep" palpitations. pretty weird, a few months ago i would have been convinced i was dying, but im being more reasonable now and realising that anxiety can cause all manner of symptoms to pretty much any part of the body! just wondered if anyone else has these ones :)

I have the same thing - but the other way round, i and my drs were convinced it was a severe heartburn - i even ended up in a and e with it.

but IT IS anxiety and stress im suffering with. refer to my other posts for details,


PLEASE make sure you get diagnosed properly this situation has caused me so much pain.:blush:
