Hi All,

I have only recently joined the website, and I am so glad to have found it.
I have recently agreed to med's after a few years of suffering with anxiety and panic attacks.....it can be such a lonely experience, and it's hard for anyone close to you to truly understand, but hopefully this site may be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, with this & the meds...and my determination helping me to get through it and find the old me again
