hi im new to this/mycab worker gave me this website so i thoutht i wud give it a go.my anxiety started soon after i had to finish work,that was 3 years ago.ive been getting worse ever sincewith depression,back problems,adjustment disorderand anxiety.it wud really help if i cud talk and possibly meet other sufferers.shaun:)

i thought mainly women got panic attacks ,not 45 year old men,it makes me feel weak,the first time i had them i thought i was going crazy,looking forward to going on the chat room and making new friends,ford
