Sweet Serenity

Halcyon days
In lush green meadows.

Calm azure sea
Gently ripples.

Soft pink rose
Sparkling with dew.

Tiny white butterfly
Emerges from her cocoon.

The pitter patter of rain
On the parched desert plain.

Rich fertile soil
A seed of grain.

Sweet little cherubs
Singing dreamy lullabies.

Serene dreamy moon
Mounts a dusky charcoal sky.
