hey guys, i posted a thread a few weeks back about having ectopic beats and struggling to breathe. I was advised to start taking magnesium supplements and its really worked!
but now the past few days i've gone back to having a high heart rate all the time, i dont feel anxious, it just seems to come on me. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?xxx
