New here, unfortunately not new to panic and anxiety.
I'm from Australia. I'm married with two kids and work as an academic/researcher. I have recently had an acute episode of anxiety, with a panic attack and then struggling for two months after it. I know what the cause was, and have dealt with it, but continue to deal with the follow-on effects of the panic.
Anyhow, just saying hi before posting on other boards.
