is there certain food and drinks that have proven to cause anxiety?
Hi there! I have stopped smoking, drinking tea and coffee (caffeine) and reduced my sugar intake to try to help my anxiety. I'm also trying to eat non-processed food and avoid additives and preservatives.
I miss coffee the most but just want to help my body.

is juice ok to drink?
The other one that seems to cause a lot of people problems is alcohol. While it's OK at the time, I think a lot of us find that it tends anxiety afterwards.
HH - I would say fruit juice is OK but not too much sugar. It's mainly staying away from anything with stimulants such as caffeine.
