hi guys how youre all doing?
my first panic attack was just me needing to get out of the sports hall it was years assembly.
heart beat was racing and feeling dizzyish.
never told anyone cos i thought it was strange.
now my panic attacks have got worser.
i can't be in groups of people or places.
Examples like cinema, halls, barber shop, mosques, friends or family houses and lots other more.
the strange thing is i wanna know does anyone get mental tortture?
when you is having your panic attack when you cant move or decide to fight it your brain tences itself so hard like your heads gonna explode? like your brain cant take no more? :blush:
