Just woke up at 330am with thi

BP 148/100 which did lower to 140/92
chronic heartburn & indigestion
clammy
panic
upper tooth pain
lower back shooting pain
tingling in left hand

is this a classic night attack or something as i have not had this before and dont want to go to hospital as in spain

thanks and any advice is appreciated

Do you have anxiety and are stressed about anything.

have suffered panic attacks since 1997 quite a lot

I have just moved to spain a week ago and stressed about money, health etc

Had 4 ecg's in july all clear, still iffy this morning but bp now 130/84 pulse 77

Hi hun, moving is the second most stressful thing after death of loved one, so no wonder you feel like you do now bless you. Tell yourself when things settle down, your anxiety will improve. Wishing you all the best in your new life xx:)
