Vibrating Foot I am scared

Hi Can anyone help me please. My right foot has been vibrating like a mobile phone does since yesterday morning and is driving me crazy. I know I shouldnt of done but I googled my symptoms last night and now I am convinced I have MS and so worried.

The Vibration come on in 10 second Intervals I am not sure what to do, as anyone else experienced this. I suffer with Panic Disorder and GAD.

I have it in both feet right now hunny, esp bad today. Anxiety seems to keep giving us these new things all the while doesnt it. Try not to worry, and leave dr google alone xx:hugs:

Hi Kerry,
I have had this before in my foot and at another time in my calf muscle. It is really annoying as you are constantly aware of it. Mine lasted 2 or 3 days at a time and was worse at night time. I put mine down to a trapped nerve as I had been sat in an awkward position. It went eventually. I know it easier said than done, but try not to dwell on it and distract yourself. I am sure it is nothing serious.
