RDA for Vit B Complex - confused...

Hey guys

Well I went into town today to buy a Vit B Complex. Member of staff at Holland and Barrets pointed me towards B-100 Vit B Complex. So B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 are all 100mg each. Is that too high? I have googled the RDA for B Complex and it seems much lower than that. I have kept the receipt and not opened it yet.

What is everyone on here taking? You know how it is, anxiety and worrying over everything goes hand in hand....:blush:

It is high compared to the RDA of Vit B but any excess amount is excreted via urine anyway so it's not harmful in any way.

Try taking half a tablet to begin with and see how you go. What are you taking it for - anxiety?

Thanks for the reply guys. Yes, I would be taking it for anxiety. Just wanted to make sure I was taking the right dosage.
