Sorry tracy ,don't know of any support groups. I was offered counciling from my GP once but I declined as it was not the one to one type.

I went to the Trentham meetup a few years ago. (I was loopylynn then)
I would suggest the monkey forest but Im scared they wont let me out.:scared15::unsure::D

Always worth highlighting Changes in Stoke- the best user led support group out there bar none in this area.

Google 'Changes 12 Steps'. They're based across from the old Stoke City ground in Boothen Court, at the top of Campbell Rd by the Victoria Pub.

hi im iceroad im from stoke-on-trent i use a local mental health charity called changes they have local meetings all over the city they are very good and ive met a lot of nice peapole they run recovery workshops music groups organise wellness walks there website is changes.org.uk if i can be anymore help please pm me
