single mum from brighton

hi i m a single mum with 2 beautifull children aged 2 and 5 have suffered with anxiety for 3.5 years . sometimes deal with it very well but at the mo not so well . my friends try thier best to understand me but i know they struggle would be nice to meet some friends near me that also have anxiety and panick so if anyone in brighton & hove area that could do with another friend ( that sounds so corny lol ) would be great to hear from you many thanks :)

i dont live in brighton but i know somebody who doe's,and who goes to an anxiety group there,so i asked them for the details for you.

There is a group meeting on wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm at the redwood coffeehouse in central brighton,
the address is 97-99 trafalger street,central brighton.

There is also an internet forum called the brighton anxiety forum,the address is:http://www.brightonanxietyforum.com/
