will try and keep this short. got a lot of thoughts going round in my head but will try and ask 1 at a time :p not 2sure if i've written it all right tbh.
does anyone feel like when they try to explain, theyd understand if the other person didnt understand them ? bcuz its something i didnt even know existed before say 10 years ago. its something ive had to research.
ive had convo's with some friends about it before i knew about cortisol, adrenaline, fight or flight, and couldnt tell them why i knew i wouldnt be able to get thro a job interview and be in that sort of situation.
feels like if i could rewind a couple of years and redo the conversations, i could tell them exactly what was going on, and get some understanding rather than criticism.
all its been is 'get a job get a job' and no one actually asking 'why cant you get a job'.
even the doc said there's nothing actually wrong with me, which i now know isn't accurate
[symptoms that you might have had]
i didnt know what was causing those sensations then but i do now and know why
