Hi daisycake. Sorry to hear youre struggling. Ive been there!
Does your uni know you have problems with anxiety? When I was at uni I made sure all lecturers knew my problems and that if I walked out mid lecture I wasnt going to miss out on the lecture as they would give me a recap!
It really helped me to know that I was free to leave and would still be supported!

For now, focus on your breathing. Drop your shoulders down as low as you can get them and breathe into your stomach as deep as you can.

I had this problem last year when I was feeling anx.

I used to sit and doodle things I saw around the room when the lecturer wasn't speaking, and when they were - I would just make masses of notes so I was always doing something with my hands.
