Hi, have you got any calming music you can put on? You need to make yourself breath deeply.... I find going for a walk helps,to get your cardiovascular system moving.... You must focus on your breathing though xx

You know you can get through this - you've done it before. Be proud of yourself and breathe slow and low. You are courageous.

Breath in and out in to a PAPER bag .....

or

Focus on your breathing - in through your nose, then slowly out through your mouth, making a whisper/quiet 'haa' sound.

Make the out breath at least TWICE as long as the in breath ......

Keep doing this for several minutes, or even longer.

then (or first),

Change you physiology (body posture/position).

Stand feet apart with an upright posture, tense the muscles in your feet, then calves, then thighs, bum, mid-section, arms, chest, shoulders ........ raise your chin up and look up with your eyes, toward the ceiling - whilst standing in this posture with tensed muscles ..... repeat to yourself "yes, yes, yes, yes, yes ......."

A change in physiology like this makes it impossible to feel 'down' .....

All things that you can do swiftly now, to take control again.

Are you ok now? Remember if were having a real heart attack, you wouldn't be still here :) and you are still here :)
