This may seem like a stupid question.
Thing is the last few weeks I've been having panic attacks really fequently and been really stressed about it most of the time, and I've been eating a lot and not doing any exercise.
I've actually lost like 5 pounds though some how, in spite of the fact that I've been eating more than I normally do.
