View Full Version : Hello
Hi, I'm 22 and I've been on this site before and have got some good tips but until now I haven't had the courage to post on the forum.
I've had problems with anxiety for most of my life, was nervous alot and trouble socialising. I first had a panic attack when I was 14 and for the past 2 or 3 years I've been agoraphobic. I'm having therapy at the moment and find that helpful.

Hi h3ths, I was 15 when I had my first panic attack (I'm 24 now), and became agoraphobic afterwards, so I can relate to how it must have affected your life while at school etc. Welcome to the site - I hope you find it as supportive a place as I have!

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
