Has anybody felt as If they have been renicarnated during recovery from anxiety and depression? Today I feel like a totally different person to what I have been the last few months. What Im struggling with though is the fact that I hate change and always worry when it does.

That is just DP and DR though and not re-incarnation.

Try not to dwell on these things and keep thinking about what if's as it just drives you mad.

Are you keeping busy all day as well?

I know I have'nt been re-incarnated, I'm not that mad, YET :)

It probably is just derealization. I have been trying to keep myself occupied and not spend too much time at the pc. (Quite difficult when your working from home on one). I have changed a lot of things that I do in the day during the last week. Maybe that's adding to the feeling of derealisation?
