yet again

Yet again this lightning bolt of fear makes me jump out of bed,why oh why does this thing keep coming back?Went to bed 10pm took my medicine 11.30 go to sleep 00.40 bang wide awake heart racing jump out of bed strong urge to run off,form what or where to i dont know its got to stop:unsure::unsure:

don't worry you are not alone. i woke up with a jump about an hour ago not being able to breathe. Can't go back too sleep - too nervous.

maybe it was one of those jump awake, falling sensation, weird jerky movement, kind of thing thats really common? you can get it while falling asleep

thanks for replies guys i was sound asleep mishel,im now sat downstairs my fear is subsiding im trying to distract myself from the chain of silly thoughts but im so peed off with this thing but then again so are the rest of you it does help knowing we are not alone:unsure:
