awesome question. i didn't know adrenaline was causing it till about 2 years ago.

well, i can list some symptoms anyway..

nervous twitches (i think this was 'fight or flight' trying to do something, when there was nothing to get away from. like pacing up and down room)
blushing
dizziness
lump in throat while speaking
pins and needles sensation (think this was something to do with cortisol
