Headaches

Just wondered what types of headaches everyone gets with anxiety? Are they ever one sided for few days on the run? :winks:

Hi.. my head gets very heavy and feel like its full of sand, it also feels like i have a band around my head or like im wearing a helmet thats way too small!!

I get a pain in the left side of my head at the back its always the left and very rarely the right x

Thats what happens to me, always left side of the head never the right. Have convinced myself it is something sinister. Dam anxeity x
